What Is Access Bars?

Access Bars is a light-touch wellness technique that focuses on 32 points on the head. These points are believed to relate to the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and habits that influence how we move through life.

During a session, gentle touch on these points encourages your mind and nervous system to release tension and reset. Clients often describe the experience as deeply calming, a quiet space to breathe in a busy world.

This is not a massage. It is a relaxing, fully clothed experience focused on helping your mind and body unwind.

What Can I Expect During My Session?

Your session is designed to feel safe, calm, and supportive.
During your Access Bars® session:

  • You lie comfortably on a treatment table, fully clothed

  • Light touch is applied to specific points on the head

  • The environment is quiet and soothing

  • There is no pressure, manipulation, or requirement to talk

  • Many people drift into a meditative state or light sleep

 
You do not need to prepare or perform in any way. Simply rest.

In-person sessions are offered in Nobleton, Ontario.
